Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That’s why we accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition, with all original tags and packaging intact.

• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the item is defective or there was an error in the order, in which case MOXXA will cover the cost.

• Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within a maximum of 7 business days.
